Cartrack is ******* 🚮

I opted for Cartrack unit,I was called …I stated clearly I want the last package which had all benefits including roadside assistance,the guy assisting me agreed too say yes mam this is the last package n yes it has the roadside assistance,fast forward unit is installed with the knowledge I have all benefits only to be called so I can add benefits I don’t have,roadside assistance I tell the lady my problem she the transfers my call too customer service where I was told recording will be sent n she will call with feedback but nothing till this day, I called I’m sure 4 times each week ended up getting a recording from a lady called Mbali but now she only sends recording where sale is being finalised ,I respond too email requesting for full call from day 1 the guy called Mbali also went mute on me for days,I call again another lady transfers me too sales with no assistance and I did this while unit had jus been installed past weekend again another consultant alls too offer another benefit called protector and mind you benefit are like R50 n change added on and wrong package I was put on is R199 but the last package I initially wanted is R219 with all benefits

So lady spoken too said she was to escalate matter too management n I’ll be getting feedback till this day nothing..now that I’m deciding too say because I’m not being assisted accordingly I wish too cancel…the nerve they have too send me their terms and conditions that require me too pay a lot off money for them too cancel while I’m not at fault!! Cartrack experience specially being a first time client is utter bull****!!

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
