CARTRACK IS ****

Pathetic company few months back i called to check the location of my car and was told they cant see it the last movement was 2 months ago really i use my car on daily basis going to work, so they told me to make it active i need to pay R600 some change and i said for what they said that means i touched the device so that why they could not track the car. My question how i don't even know the device as in where it been put at the end i wanted to activate the device so i had to pay an extra amount over the months to cover this R600 some change, when i got to there to activate the device then this guy tells me i had an old device really they change their devices on our cost. My contract end with Cartrack this DECEMBER 2021 AND I AM VERY HAPPY but my problem now they are not assisting so i would be able to remove this **** device. CARTRACK DO NOT DO NOT
