Cartrack Insurance Stay away

so on the 27 Feb i was approached by Cartrack Sales Person at Suzuki in Bassonia offering me a quote on insurance and if they cant beat it i would get a Petrol Voucher.

than on the 9th of March they Contacted me and started the Process. of trying to Beat my insurance they were not able to offer me a Better Package with either matching the Premium or the excess.

After this i was told that he will see what he can do and is waiting for a discount from the Insurance side. this was all on the 9th of March.

on the 16 March i followed up with them to please put me in touch with a Supervisor got a 1 Word reply and than nothing

sent another Message on the 23 March they say they have escalated Yesterday 24 March they will be in contact with me.

Today we need to be Patient.

now i am at a loss if this is how they treat Potential clients. that can bring them Money how do they treat clients already signed up
