Cartrack insurance really disappointed me

I must say I’m very disappointed. I received a can from Cartrack insurance and I told them I was no longer interested in the insurance they offered me

And the consultant Aiden and his manager didn’t wanna take part in the cancellation not I got debited. When I try to call back they don’t answer my calls. Can I please be refunded and the contract cancelled. I’m so disappointed in what they did shame
