Cartrack installing trackers in vehicles on request of third parties without the legal owners consent

Living in a country with such high crime rates, car theft and high jacking being some of the biggest, I am disgusted how Cartrack is treating my issue.

I have lost count of how many emails I’ve sent or calls I made to Cartrack but have not been assisted. Cartrack installed a tracker into my car on request of a third party without confirming if they are the owner of the vehicle, when I found out that there is a tracker installed I contacted Cartrack and asked how I go about having this tracker cancelled and removed to which the consultant advised what documentation I need to send and where. I send through everything and kept following up.

To this day I am still waiting for a call from their supposedly legal department. This company have put my family at risk and the car in question by allowing a third party to track where it is.

This company does not care about people’s safety but only cares about sales, they clearly are not ethical as they allow anyone to install trackers in your vehicle.
