Cartrack installation

Horrible service. My tracker was installed Saturday and has been draining my car's battery. I have called and emailed multiple times and have got no proper response. The emails and call backs never come. I call repairs and they say they will call back but never hear from them. Canals are dropped or you are holding for the next thirty minutes with no response. I'm totally unhappy. I would rather have this thing removed immediately from my vehicle if these are the problems I will encounter. I'm gatvol to say the least of the service I have received.
