*********** Cartrack! ****ing useless

Cartrack is the pinnacle of incompetence. I make payments via eft monthly and every month I receive threatening sms and email messages. After making payment this month which was incorrectly allocated to another user account which Cartrack admitted and told me that the issue have been corrected, I am now 7 days later receiving new messages requesting another payment for December.

Is there any person working for Cartrack with a OQ score of more than -50??? Or maybe Cartrack should invest in their future by employing 3 year old children as they will be more competent and efficient than current staff.

If cartrack cannot reconcile their accounts, how will they be able to find a ****** vehicle. ***ing ridiculous.

Your team have been investigating forever without any success just proving my point, Cartrack is absolutely useless and ***********. Bombarding me with threats due to your own incompetence. This is harrassment.

Again proving my point. Cartrack asks their clients to provide them the POP because you are unable to reconsile the payment made with my account number as reference as per your payment instructions. Is it your clients responsibility to reconcile payments made to Cartrack on your behalf? Naturally it is, because of utter incompetence on the side of cartrack.

Due to the constant harresment I cancelled my subscription with Cartrack on 12th December 2024 and emailed it to ***

I also provided POP on your WhatsApp number, now i must provide it again. Ridiculously inefficient.

I also received a phone call from Cartrack confirming that it was received and now i am receiving more threatening sms's and emails requesting immediate payment, payment to be made without providing me with an invoice or statement indicating what the charges are for. Is this standard business practice?

No, it is not, it is standard ***** and theft practices.
