Cartrack incorrectly Neado debits account, 40 days to refund

Cartrack Neado debited my account after I made arrangements to pay via EFT. Now they tell me it will take up to 40 days to refund the money back to me ... are they fornicating crazy?? No skin off their nose to debit my account at a whiff of money, but a dang mission to give me my own money back! That's fuel for my car to get to work this month you (insert expletive) ****s!!! Now the email address given to me by one "Charmaine Maine" doesn't work, so I can't mail my bank statement to her as proof of what Cartrack did, and they allegedly need it to start the refund process.
