Cartrack *********** to cancel contract!

We have cancelled our contract with them November 2018. They phoned us to say that they did receive the mail & they are busy with it. After a month the contract STILL hasn't been cancelled & after sending them the proof of the e-mail which they did received still nothing. Now we are getting letter stating we owe them money because THEY didn't cancelled the contract on 1 November 2018 as per our e-mail!! After numerous phone calls & sending them AGAIN the proofs still we get letter stating they will hand us over. If they did their job in the FIRST place on 1 November 2018 as they should. Mind you, we even have the voice recording to say they are busy with the cancellation on 1 November!!!! We wouldn't be battling with them. They are just *********** to do their job!!! In my life will I NEVER AGAIN SIGN UP WITH CARTRACK. Just to get the contract cancelled is a mission & this is not how it is suppose to be!!! From the start we had problems with Cartrac**** Not a all the company which I want my vehicle to be tracked!!!!!
