Cartrack incompetency

I'm so disgusted with their service. Been fighting the same arrear battle ever since I started. They failed to prove that I'm in arrears and now after paying my installment yesterday the 30th April I got blocked from my app cause according to them I didn't pay. I'm really disappointed in them and I want my subscription cancelled They are terrible at doing business.
