Cartrack im not happy

Hi all if installed and traking device in my 2003 vw polo and its been down hill from there the fist day they installed my car gave me problems i contacted them an they only came after 3 months and after a bill of R3800 to fix my car because of the tracing device they came in January 2024 and removed the device and said they wil get back to me and im stil waiting and its feb 2025 every thy there foning me telling me i ow money and im sorry wil not pay for something that i dont have they've blacklisted me and telling me all calls asr recorded and sill every day im telling them my side of the story and still nothing gets sorted...
