Cartrack Ignore me

I'm deeply disappointed with cartrack I paid them last week and my account is up to date they cancled my service with without notify me I could have been stranded next the road with no help and yet they are paid the keep on sending me message and was also told that they will hand me over and they are paid up to date they dont follow up with me I have to phn them but they can easily sent account not paid sms I have sent WhatsApp, emails, phoned them and they dont reply I'm realy ****ed at there service and the way they treat me
