CarTrack ia a ****

This company is a **** of the company. I would advise people to never ever use car track. They are not transparent. I was hijacked and my Cover is not recovered. The system was taken out of my vehicle. When I called to claim for my warranty my claim must denied. This was for one particular reason of which the agent did not mention to me. Yes it was in the contract however if that is a clause you as a company must make it known to the person who is taking the policy. They did not. Hence the blindsided me. Putting me in tremendous constraint. It is the worst company you can ever deal with and basically it should shut down South Africa because it’s a ****. Do not use car track. Fortunately my car was found three months later in the state that it was originally taken in however they were of no help they were useless
