No customer service at all. They keep on debitting your account numerous times in a month. Premiums increase with no written concent. They don't respond to e-mails. App and whatsapp system is not affective. Real challenge to cancel this tracker which I have to pay for even when I am in credit. ********* and the most useless tracking company ever! If this is how you treat clients, what makes you think I'll have faith in you to recover my vehicle or paying out claims should there be any. You will have the same *********, non responsive service you have now. Highly not recommended.
