Cartrack have been debating my account for more than eight months, charged me a de-installatio and installation fee for service not rendered. I have been calling them twice a month to date my issue hasn't been resolved. I pay for a tracker that is not in my car and Sibongile Tshabalala and more than 10 of her colleagues always promise to escalate my case and nothing happens. I have spent more that 60min on calls with this company and nothing gets done, except debating my account. If my car gets ******, my insurance won't pay for it. Their customers care department is useless.
