Cartrack has brought my car down and frustrated my son

In 2024 November I drove from CT to EL to bury my Dad on this VW TSI. I came back, fitted Cartrack, went to work. The following day they came back to fit the camera, I never drove home until I was towed at 20h00 on a job that was abundoned at 13h00 because after fiddling the technician said the camera was not the right fit. They came twice or thrice but no solution. I even bought a new battery...the car has never started again since November 2024 and my son is still paying for a car that is not serving its purpose. I'm not paying cartrack as they say they are not responsible for messing up the electronics that now shows all sorts of dashboard alerts. I want this thing removed from my car because I believe it will run once removed just like before. Cartrack is trash‼️...for me😡
