Cartrack has always been great, their response time is unbelievable. Today Nkateko Dosi called me before I even exited the gate to check if everything was okay. He was professional and calm I actually felt it that it was another human being on the other end of that phone call. He listened as I explained what had happened unlike the last call I got from them. This person didn’t give a me chance to explain what had happened they just talked over me.
