CARTRACK harrassment - Not a Client
I do not have a Cartrack acc. I am receiving a sms daily for 17CAR18931 to pay arrears. I have phoned to remove my number numerous times, to no avail! Customer service are arrogant because its an arrears acc. But no help to remove my tel nr.
