Cartrack Harassment and Ignoring Cancelation

If I could give a -5 stars I would!!!! After canceling a cartrack contract in February 24 on a vehicle who's contract had matured, they continued to debit my account for 2 vehicles. Went through the whole cancelation process again in May and STILL they continue to debit incorrectly. Only after a stop their debit orders do they cancel the 1 vehicle and now want me to pay balances but won't refund me all the debits that were unauthorized.

The daily harassment calls are an absolute joke!!!! Calls are recorded but staff make false notes on the system and blatantly lie!!!!! Cartrack are absolute *****sters and *******.
