Cartrack harassment

I've reported to cartrack that am going through financial challenges and am no longer having a car, they should cancel Security Account, i wrote letters of cancellation and whatsapp message, the response was i should pay R2600, as a contract stipulates, I even requested that contract where I signed and committed myself that i declare il have to pay in terms of cancellation. The time i took the cover I was not made aware of a cancellation fee. Today on the 29 July 2025 they called me, still requested for cancellation they refused, i even told them their security app is deactivated due to non payment, why should I pay even the app was deactivated who are they exactly guarding. My failed to answer me. I feel like am finacial abused and they are taking advantage of me.
