Cartrack Harassment

I recently requested a price via a company's WhatsApp portal and explicitly informed them that I did not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes. However, I have received over 10 calls in the last 24 hours, including one as early as 6:45am this morning, all trying to close a deal. It's worth noting that my initial request was only for a price. It appears that the company's call centre may be outsourced or heavily incentivised to close deals, as I have even had three salespeople calling me simultaneously. In addition, it seems that this company may not be complying with the new POPI Act.
