Cartrack harassing me with non-stop calls

Cartrack is harassing me with non stop calls, even after I told them their issue is escalated to the dealer who installed their tracking devices as part of their package.

How far is the investigation of this matter. I am sick and tired of being harassed by you guys. When soon can your engineers come remove your tracking units from my car, I am sick of being harassed by your non stop calls.
