Cartrack greedy ********

Last October I've sent an email to Cartrack to inform them that I've lost my job and I will no longer be able to afford their services due to income. Cartrack still debits my account and won't allow me to cancel my contract with them. How am I honestly supposed to pay every month if I have explained my situation to them? Kindly terminate your services please.
