CARTRACK - Government department ?????
On 2023-12-14 I requested an URGENT NEW installation for the same day. After 6 emails and numerous documents provided, they finally informed me that the first available installation will be on 2023-12-21. I received 7 emails for confirmation of address and date that I acknowledged. NO INSTALLATION OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION WAS RECEIVED ON 2023-12-21. This morning, 2023-12-22, Cartrack contacted me and asked if I can confirm a safe installation location? I confirmed AGAIN. They noticed that I am located in Pretoria and said that the request will be directed to the Pretoria office to establish an installation date. This is pathetic service.
