Cartrack gives super bad service and their accounts department is just as ridiculous

I have sent all emails to the ombudsman and xoliswa at the attorneys for Cartrack with all the information and attachments.

Thank you for your Hello Peter complaint , please see attached statement of account and an invoice for unbilled subscriptions that are outstanding . I have also attached a recon that shows that , last billing was in Jan 20 because the account was in arrears . When account is owing over 120 days , we suspend the billing to avoid false revenue however that does not mean that the amount will be written off .

We can make an arrangement to settle the amount outstanding in 6 instalments .

You obviously don't understand I paid for a car on that Contract BX86MKGP that didn't belong to me and I canceled this contract you at cartract messed up in March 2019 already, up to there my account was up to date, I paid a Cancellation fee too that I shouldn't have but I just wanted Cartrack to stop their ****, so I paid the freakin cancellation even though it wasn't for my car.

Now you still want me to pay,

Oct 2019 you still took money from my account and it was at 0 I cancelled March 2019,
