cartrack full of empty promises

i had a cartrack since April 2019 in my Toyota fortuner. In March i brought a new car. i phone cartrack to inform them that i am selling the fortuner that the device needs to be removed, and informed them that i will be picking up my new car 31 March. i was in inform that there will be no penalty as i have had the device more then 2 years. i traded my fortuner in, and the put in a new cartrack in my new car. i did all the paperwork for the new car. all fine. in april i got a call that cartrack wanted to come and remove the device. i then informed them that i have already traded it in and gave the dealerships info the them.

Then first May i was charged for my old car and new one. i phoned cartrack about it, they said the the old device is still active. i complained about it and they said that they would remove it from my account and will be fine end of May.

Then first of June again same story. i phone again and the same story. the customer department said that it was sorted. and that it will be only the new car as of first July.

This morning i checked my bank and surprise again i am charged for both my old car and new car. so i phoned them again, and again same story, my old device is still active and i am paying for it. this is bull****. they are full of empty promises.
