I dont think they even deserve a star in this review because they have a horrible service. I didnt renew the contract , I gave them the 21 working period notice to cancel the contract as per the terms of the contract and after that hell broke lose. Now I get calls that the contract was not cancelled as the agent I spoke to earlier didnt read to me some declaration. What **** is that. I knew my contract when gave the notice and thereafter I was supposed to ask their agent do his job to read to me a declaration. Am so sick to see how such a company de***** people by employing who dont do their job in trying to retain customers. I dont need your service Cartrack, MPAL00050 was the customer number. Notice was given in April 2021 and Contract ended in May 2021. I have spoken to 4 Agents who never told me about your declaration **** and today the 5th Agent tries to read that declaration as if I am giving another notice. Shame on you that you are de*****ing innocent people.
