Cartrack frastrating me.

Frastrating I'm now doubtful of the safety of my vehicle..... App not functional it show incorrect location of my vehicle I can't even set the car watch on as it shows that the ignition is still on.... Been trying to get hold cartrack on the phone but no success till my airtime is finished😭😭😭. Can u imagine if the car was ****** and u can't track it. Yet monthly deductions are honored as per the agreement

Jst gave the a call requesting location of my device and they literally told me they don't know where my vehicle is located as it's lost signal on Thursday 🙄.... Talk abt guaranteed safety of your car.
