Cartrack forcing people to stay in lapsed contracts

Car track will trap you in their contract and refuse to give you the recording of when you took the contract. I sold my car and even advised them so and gave them the new owner's details but they refuse to cancel my contract. so I am forced to pay for a service that i do not use. once you sign with them you are trapped whether you use their service or not. The do not alert new clients about this and if you ask about it they tell you it does not apply thereby misleading the public. Call them and try to opt out and see what happens. Mike Maila
