Cartrack forcing me to pay tracker when car was written off!
I’ve been paying cartrack since January 2022 for a car that was written off. They refused to cancel that tracker. I bought a new car now I’m paying for one that I don’t even have anymore on top of the new one. I will never recommend Cartrack to anybody. If I could give it 0 stars I would

13 Jun 2025, 13:50Tracker expects me to pay R599 for cancellation of a tracking device that I do not have. I’ve been paying for it since the loss of my vehicle in January 2023. I cannot afford to continue paying for a service that I am not receiving. It’s called an accident for a reason. I did not plan on losing my car but now I’m still paying cartrack years later. CARTRACK IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT.
