Cartrack for the past 7 months couldn't send me proof that I agreed to pay R2600 after I request for cancelation

Cartrack for the past 7 months couldn't send me proof that I agreed to pay R2600 after I request for cancelation. Even now two of their staff haven't done their job to provide that proof I disputed of a recording with their agent where as alleged I consented to the R2600 cancelation fee.
