Cartrack for 6 months u are useless and pathetic

Cartrack your tracking Device and customer support is pathetic and totally ****ing usles I make reports every ****ing week email customer service and phone after your asses every week, u dont help me for 6 months now The Device is faulty and u people doesn't have the IQ to understand it. I have full proof that the device is faulty, i have photos, videos and screen shots to show And for 6 months im getting a reply from u saying Your Cartrack device on vehicle registration LD04***X is operational. Any pre-arranged maintenance request will be closed.

The Device is Faulty Il take a 30 km trip then it doesn't show on the car track app the app says the ignition is of for 11 hours, my wife wil be at school with the vehicle 3.3 km away from my house then the app says the vehicles is at home IL SIT AT NIGHT IN MY BED THEN THE APP SAYS THE VEHICLE IS 10 KM AWAY FROM MY HOUSE THEN I HAVE A LOOK BUT THEN THE CAR IS STILL ON ITS PLACE SO IF MY VEHICLE GETS ****** AT THE MOMENT THE TRACKER RE ACCTS LIKE THIS IL GET A CAR THATS STRIPPED AND I MUST REPLACE IT

PLEASE TAKE NOTE NB NB NB NB AND READ IT 5 TIMES SO THAT U CAN UNDERSTAND IT

2 TIMES A WEEK AT LEAST THE DEVICE GIVES ME UN ACURATE LOCATIONS THAT I NOTICED WHAT IM AWARE OF. THEN THE TRACKER WIL RESPOND WITH ACURATE LOCATION AND THEN 2 TIMES A WEEK ITS MAKING PROBLEMS

ON YOUR AGREEMENT IT SAYS A CUSTOMER SHOULD ALSO MONITOR THE LOCATION WITH THE APP TO MAKE SURE THE LOCATION IS RIGHT SO IM DOING IT, IM REPORTING WITH BAD BEHAVIOUR ATLEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK BUT CAR TRACK TEAM IS PATHETIC AND USELESS LOGGED IN WITH 3 DEVICES, 2 PHONE AND ONE PC WEB BROWSER CAR TRACK FLEET

IM USSING TWO PHONE WITH THE CAR TRACK APP AND MY COMPUTER FLEET MANAGEMENT SO DONT EVEN THINK TO TELL ME ITS THE APP BECAUSE THEN U ARE GONE TALK CHIT TO ME ,i have reported this multiple times per week now and cartrack is pathetic and usles. So replace this ******* or take this junk out of my vehicle at your cost and cancel my contract at your cost not myne Im a loyal customer every month But u people cant do your work right Il get a tracker from another company..i wont consider cartrack to Anyone Car track only want their R99 per month they dont care how their client feel If my vehicle gets ****** it wil be on car track I have proof that i report this Chit for months now Its my vehicle, its my car track app i know the location of my vehicle but your ******* Device is faulty You're customer service is not on my app to cee where the location of the vehicle is going Car track is like a peace of rock No IQ CAR TRACK DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CHIT THEY PUT IN CUSTOMERS VEHICLES I WONT CONSIDER IT TO ENY ONE
