Cartrack fleet management

Cartrack commited a ***** by adding money on my premium without my concern, I was doing a follow up since December 2019, till now no one is helping me, phone more than 10 times, spoke to different consulted, i even spoke to the team leader, still nothing happened. I want my refund for the money that was deducted from 2018 till January 2020.
