Cartrack Final Demand

My car was involved in a serious accident, and I notified Cartrack immediately that I wanted to cancel the tracking service. However, I was informed that the cancellation process takes 29 days, which means I am expected to pay for the following month despite not using the service. I don’t understand why the cancellation process is being delayed. I have also been told that my name will be listed for an outstanding amount of R483. This seems unfair I paid R2,650 for the dashcam cancellation yet they were unable to respond or pick up that night when my car was involved in an accident. This is very disappointing, especially considering the amount I paid for the service.

Reviewer Update
You really did me wrong. Last year, around June/July, my car was hijacked and my driver was held hostage until he was eventually released. He contacted you immediately to report that the vehicle had been hijacked. The hijackers stole the dashcam, and when I requested the footage, I was informed that you were unable to retrieve it. I was then told that I would have to pay for a replacement. When I later decided to cancel the dashcam service, I was charged a cancellation fee of R2,650, which I paid. Despite everything that happened, I still had to carry all these costs
