cartrack faulty installation nearly cost me my car

i recently had my car installed with cartracking device on 10-01-2019, then the following day my couldn't switch off even after i removed the key i had to remove the battery terminals. i tried calling their customer care line but i could not get any help now i hate the decision i took installing their product on my car as its risk and dangerous. wouldn't recommend it to any one.... poor service
