Cartrack failure

A technician was sent out to inspect the problem on the tracking unit. The vehicle was started and pulled out to the area where the technician want to work. After leaving the technician for a moment as he requested, he came back to me reporting that the vehicle battery was faulty, after the technician worked on the vehicle the vehicle didn't want even turn over. The vehicle was perfectly fine before he touched it, reported it to head office of Newcastle. Nothing came of it, the battery has been damaged. The unit was removed but they don't want to cancel the contract.
