Cartrack failing to locate the car when testing position. Several times with no help
Tracking device failing to locate the correct position of my car. I have reported the matter and been transferred to the technical department and made to hold for 15 minutes and they hang up. The unit was repaired mid January 2020, after several attempts that took me 4 weeks to get it repaired. I am done with Cartrack, this is a gambling game. I need this unit removed from my car. As I am speaking the app say the ignition is on while the car is off in the garage.

26 Aug 2022, 13:44So after the above review, the unit has failed three times since the inception of the contract. This in April I called to test the unit and I was told it is not working, since then I have been asking for technician to come and repair it but nothing happened. In June I decided to go for another tracking company since for 3 months Cartrack device had not been working. I instructed my bank to stop debit order. All of a sudden Cartrack called for payments, and now they want to send technician to repair the unit at an additional cost or I must pay the balance of the contract duration. Cartrack does not value customers all they want is money from us, and their stupid contract that made to only benefit them.
I have been severally threatened with legal actions, my question is what must I pay for if their unit is not working? I have texted them, both whatsapp, email and even phoned with no success.
Please stop harassing me. What you are doing is fighting for unjustified enrichment.
