Cartrack FAILED to find my car and yet they demand me to pay them. What am I paying for?

Cartrack failed to recover my car that was ****** on the 14th of November 2023. Their recovery agents were so rude from the first time I called to report the incident, I am very certain that they never even went out to go look for my car…I went to the last know location and there was no visibility of cartrack, they never called me for updates whatsoever. The tracking unit failed within 30mins of the car being taken….Till today I have never received a call from the recovery team regarding the recovery of my car, they were very quick to send an email saying I don’t qualify for recovery warranty after being a customer since 2018. I get calls and emails every day from them demanding payments. What exactly am I supposed to pay for???? There is no car, they didn’t look for it and it’s still missing. I will not pay a cent. Stop calling me!
