Cartrack failed system and service

<p>Were will I start? Car-track offered me a good deal and sound like the company I can use for my vintage Toyota Corolla 1200 Bakkie to assure security and peace of mind. This however was not the case. <br />You fitted a system in my Bakkie which we found from day one not to work. After reported this several times and numerous calls from your own guys reporting this unit sending out a alarm, I had not had any joy from the fitment in March/April. The technical team made no attempt to call nor to return my calls. Very frustrating you took my monthly payments until I stopped the debit order. Suddenly I received call from 3 different people. Explain my situation over and over, eventually the technical team called and made a appointment.<br />Here the technician confirmed the unit is faulty. Great, this unit is replaced. All tested, confirmed with your office. Just as your technician are about to leave I found that my central locking is not working!!! R 1850 later on the Saturday the problem was fixed by a auto electrician and a locksmith. <br />Now mr Car-track, what stands me to do? Needless to say that until today nobody phoned again but they attempt to take premiums? <br />I need Car-track to pay me back the premiums taken from me and the R 1850.00. Then I need you to send any other guy that knows what he is doing to come and remove this unit from my Bakkie. If not before end of this month I will report this to Hello Peter and the ombudsman and with further charges to Car-track have this unit removed.</p> <p>Your back up service and system is bad news and your technical team sucks. Do something.</p>
