Cartrack failed me as their client

my money was deducted and when its time for me to claim for the benefit due to me i am getting excuses from car track. my car was ****** and your unit still shows that it is active even now and now you don't want to compensate me for your failed technology. it is really disappointing how your company can take some ones money and fail to render the services due to their customers that entrusted their services to protect them.

its so sad that i have been paying you for 3 full years and yet the service i get from you is below ratings. i spoke to phumzile from control room and she said the person handling my case will call back its been 2 days and that person has not called. my car was ****** under car tracks watch yet you cannot even give simple feedback on how to compensate me for my ****** car. i sent a request to know where the shell of my car is stored for insurance purposes and you haven't even responded to which impound its stored at. i regret using your company and i will never ever in my life utilize your services again.
