Cartrack failed and a life was lost 😞

My car was hijacked from my driver and it was badly stripped, I didn’t get the alert message when the battery was disconnected and only found out 11 hours later, my drivers Sister whatsapp’d me after not getting hold of her Brother and requested I check on the tracker where the car is, that’s when I discovered the car had been standing for 11 hours and I called Cartrack to investigate they sent out people and called me to say the Car was recovered and badly stripped, the heartbreaking part about this is that the driver was found dead. And the family and I believe that had Cartrack alerted when the battery was removed maybe their Son could’ve been saved and rushed to hospital on time. Up to now I haven’t heard anything from Cartrack.
