Cartrack fail us

I will quickly make it clear and follow the legal and cost effect way for you guys to learn not to sell a product and then you fail to sort this problem out!!!!

My wife arranged for car track to be installed in my BMW X3 and het Mazda CX 5

Let me tell you one thing i will send my BMW to a garage to strip the dashboard to see where the noise is coming from as you guys are way to uselss to come and sort out your ****!!! After installation and numerous requests to come out and fix the noise no one is ****ing coming out! Super useless, you have 24h to remove or fix your device or will pay the bmw bill after they check my dash! You guys are useless and fail to answer us on our requests, it means after sales service is up to ****! I will make sure I comment on every car teak post this same message! You guys are seriously useless!!!!!
