I bought and car and the dealership has an agreement to install Cartrack trackers in their vehicles.

At purchase, the consultant said they would contact me and I would have a choice of which package or I don't even need to use them and could go to another company.

So this guy called me, Siphiwe Ngwenya, and wanted me to fill in the contract over the phone, I asked that he email it so that I could review it. In the email, I rep**** that I do not accept his pre-filled in offer.

at this stage, I had not given them my bank details or consented to use their product.

Thereafter the accounts department started calling me, asking for my banking details. every time I told them I did not accept their offer.

The next thing I know Cartrack started debitting my account R189 pm. I never gave them my banking details, I even asked them who gave them my account details and that I did not allow it.

On every call I told them that I don't want their product and want it canceled, they just keep on debiting my account.

They always call from a number 012 065 ***x and most of the time as soon as you answer they put the phone down. Even on the trucaller app people have reported them for just putting the phone down on calls.

I have over 200 calls from them on my call history

I have emails sent to them to state that i want them to cancel the account that I didnt even buy in the first place.

Such a ******* and useless company,

they now want to blacklist me. I have proof that I never signed their contract.

I want them to come and remove their device from my car and refund me the money I paid in the car purchase for their piece of **** product. ( R1500), I also want to be refunded all the debits they made against me.

Cartrack is *********** and a bunch of ******.
