Cartrack experience

I had a bad experience with the Cartrack, when my car got ******, their device could not pick it up, I guess am part of 7% of failure on their part, But I had great conversation later with their consultant.

I tried to claim warranty they promise, and they made me wait for 3 months and rejected the claim. I do not want to sound like a disgruntled customer but at the same time I did obtain a value of my money with them, I do not think that they also deliver on their promises, but I am happy to be proven wrong.
