CARTRACK empty promises and their clauses on terms and conditions

Horrible excuses ever for CARTRACK -was first told I omitted payment in 2020 that I paid a day after and now they say I didn’t test the tracker unit quarterly to check if is working -though I was monitoring my car on app and everything was well-and I did call sometimes to check it and it was even refitted .I don’t believe there’s anyone out there who has ever been compensated by Cartrack for recovery warranty.To them is business and making money.Unfortunately I don’t have a lawyer to fight for me,And to all those who pay for recovery warranty just remember you will never be given any money if CARYRACK doesn’t recover your car,they will search from years back for all faults and you will be told of the clauses 10.1 So I’m joining Netstar or Matrix trackers which has helicopters and they will recover the car fast anytime and bring it back to me.💔💔Woe to all those with Cartrack Recovery warranty -as they will never get a cent
