Cartrack Empty Promises and Lies

I have been trying to get them to move the trackers from one car to another car We had to call multiple times and was promised thats its all sorted and it can be done on Saturday 07 September, only to wait and wait after appointment was made for 8am, we then called them only to be told there is no booking and given the run around, dealing with this company has been endless poor service and trying to make money, they have the contact numbers of the persons that have the old cars but are too lazy to have it de-installed but would rather charge me who is an old customer 600Rands instead of doing their job, if this is how they treat an old customer and cant keep appointments how will they treat you when your car gets ******
