Cartrack

Cartrack not willing to cancell a debit order that I did not authorise. Keeps putting the phone down in my ear. I never sighned a contrack. New Suzuki Swift comes from the factory with Cartrack fitted. I do not want Cartrack in my vehicle that I purchased without being informed that it is pre fitted with a Cartrack device. Had I know about this tactic, I would have chosen a different make. When I phone to cancell the debit order, that i did not accept on my banking app, they try to make me agree that there is a contract in place, and if I refuse, the phone simply gets put down in my ear. Palesa just did it agian. ***. Time to get a attorney involved. Be very carefull when you buy a new Suzuki Swift from Penta.
