This company doesn't even deserve even the one star I gave , the biggest ********. I was advice through King Price that I should take car tracker for odeometer reading as the insurance was based on kilometers driven each month. I cancel King price insurance and I am told I can deal directly with car track. I call them to cancel they tell me I am gonna be charged a fee of over R2000 rand since it is a 3 year contract things that I know nothing about. Then I decide not to cancel since I dont have the money. I tell the lady assisting me that I want to change options as I am no longer with King Price, she tells me she is gonna treat me as a new client and treat this as an upgrade. She then gives me options which are from R99 to R199. I choose the R199 option. Later on the same day she calls me saying she made a mistake I should actually pay R329 for that option since I was a King price client. Mind you earlier on when we spoke no price option of above R199 was mentioned. So am no longer treated like a client that is changing options but I am being punished because I was intruduced to them through King price. Now they want to **** me and overcharge me.
