Absolutely horrible service...fleet management is useless...i have a car track app on my phone for myltiple vehicles and 90 percent of the time it gives me thr wrong locations for the vehicles. When you phone fleet management support they themselves cannot assist or find the vehicles' locations on their system. My biggest mistake was choosing cartrack in the first place and using their live feed cameras on our fleet which are always offline. The vehicles that had cameras installed by Cartrack were subject to theft a few weeks back and the cameras proved useless because they were offline. My question is why pay for a service that does not provide service and who is liable for the costs. If you planning to get a tracking or camera service for your vehicles my advice would be NOT CARTRACK.
