What a terrible company, there is absolutely no communication between departments. I tried to cancel my contract after my car was written off, but the online contract is binding. I told them to just let it run its course until it expires. Then I get an SMS I am I. Arrears for R2000. I call them they promise to sort it out. I got the sms once again. And I phoned them again. They will sort it out!!!! Today they tried to put a debit order through for R2000. Naturally it bounced it's more than my sassa pension and has cost me bank charges. Well I will be taking this further enough is enough. . If you wise Avoid this company like the plague.😨😠🙅
